  • Can I travel with my pet?

    One well-behaved pet dog under 25lbs is allowed per reservation with a pet fee of $25 per day. Only dogs are accepted as pets, cats are not accepted.

  • Do you have free parking?

    LuLu Hotel is situated on over 2 acres. We have plenty of free parking for tractor trailer-sized vehicle, commercial vehicles, and RVs.

  • Is smoking allowed in guest rooms?

    LuLu Hotel guest rooms are 100% smoke free. Smoking inside guest rooms will result in a minimum $150 fee.

  • Do you have guest laundry onsite?

    We have brand new guest laundry machines located on the second floor. It’s $2 to wash and $2 to dry.

  • Do you have breakfast?

    We offer free continental breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. We offer a selection of fruits, bread, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, orange juice, and almond milk.

  • Are there refrigerators and microwaves in the room?

    All guest rooms have retro-styled microwaves and refrigerators.

  • What time do you open and close?

    Our lobby hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Early morning check-out key drop box is available. After hours late check-in is available.

  • Do you have good WiFi?

    We have 15 WiFi routers placed strategically around the property to ensure great WiFi.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation. Bookings made through third-party booking platforms, such as AirBnB, Booking, and Expedia must be cancelled through those sites. For the most flexible cancellation policies, please book your reservation directly through LuLu Hotel.

  • Do you host groups or offer group rates?

    We love hosting groups and offer competitive group rates! We offer competitive group block rates on reservations requiring over 10 rooms. Room blocks close two weeks prior to the group reservation date, after which standard market rates and room availability apply. Contact our front desk or management at 575-574-7541 to learn more.

  • Do you have early check-in or late check-out?

    Early check-in and late check-out are available for $10, subject to availability.

  • Is LuLu Hotel safe and secure?

    LuLu Hotel is one of the safest hotels in town. We have day and night onsite management, 24 hour recorded security cameras, nighttime onsite security, and daily scheduled patrols from our local law enforcement partners.

  • Can I have a receipt?

    In order to conserve the environment, we offer emailed receipts.

  • Do you offer housekeeping throughout my stay?

    Stay over housekeeping consists of trash removal, towel replacement, and amenity replacement. Full daily housekeeping is available for a fee of $10 per day.

  • Do you have hairdryers in the room?

    We have hair dryers installed in all of our guest rooms.

  • Do you have irons and ironing boards?

    Irons and ironing boards are available upon request at the front desk.

  • Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

    We have four wheelchair accessible rooms.

  • Do you have extra blankets?

    Extra blankets and linens are available upon request at the front desk.

  • Do you have coffee makers in the room?

    LuLu Hotel has brand new coffee makers in each guest room.

  • Do you have cable TV? How many channels?

    We have brand new TVs in each guest room with a robust selection of TV 98 channels.

  • Do you have New Mexico or Silver City maps?

    Silver City maps are available at the front desk. Detailed hiking or New Mexico maps are available at the Gila National Forest office.
